Recently, Missouri passed the nation's strongest "mega" bills restricting abortion. This bill:

• Bans abortions at 8, 14, 18, and 20 weeks (with no exceptions for rape or incest)
• Prohibits discriminatory abortions
• Punishes abortionists who commit abortions by being sent to prison for 5-15 years (no punishment for the mother)
• Doubles the amount of medical malpractice insurance an abortionist is required to have
• Expands a tax credit for pregnancy centers, up to 70% reimbursement for donations
• Adds a trigger law, so when Roe v. Wade is overturned, abortion will be made illegal immediately in Missouri!
• Requires a second custodial parent notification

Many believe laws like this will be challenged and could end up in the U.S. Supreme Court. This could be the beginning of the end of Roe v. Wade!

However, pro-abortion radicals are attacking Missouri elected officials who have honored the will of their citizens.
