Working with Students for Life Action staff, Cheyenne drafted a Life at Conception Law – which is designed to protect all innocent preborn life from conception onward – that also includes a statewide ban on chemical abortion pills!
Students for Life Action has introduced this exact legislation elsewhere, but Cheyenne went a step further by adding Texas-style civil enforcement provisions to her bill to get around Kansas’ pro-abortion Supreme Court – making her legislation totally unique to her state’s situation!
Not only that, but she worked with Kansas State Senator Rob Olsen (R) to get it introduced in the Kansas State Senate!
