STOP THE STEALTH PLOT TO RE-INSTATE ROE V. WADE!

The Biden Admin is determined to re-instate Roe v. Wade, erase women, and mandate abortion-on-demand. And they have honed in on several sneaky ways to do it.

The Biden Administration’s Departments of Education and Health and Human Services have proposed two rule changes that would potentially expand abortion-on-demand.

These rule changes could reinstate Roe through regulation instead of legislation.

Both efforts basically redefine “sex” from biological realities to whatever an individual asserts and expand the idea of “nondiscrimination” to include non-FDA approved experimental hormones and even surgeries in the name of both gender identity and abortion.

    SAMPLE COMMENT:

    I oppose the Biden Administration's efforts to redefine Title IX. For 50 years, Title IX has afforded equal opportunities in education and sports to women. I oppose the motion to reinterpret the definition of discrimination on the basis of sex to include gender identity and sexual orientation, which erases women altogether. Title IX is becoming a tool of the Biden Administration to redefine sex, ending protections for biological women while creating new mandates for abortion. A point of deliberate confusion in regard to Title IX that was intended to protect biological women is how current plans END protections for biological women.

    SAMPLE COMMENT:

    I oppose the proposed new HHS rule, "Nondiscrimination in Health Programs and Activities." In rejecting the realities of biological sex, women would be erased from the public discourse (along with protections that benefit them). Adolescents would be pushed towards permanent, body-altering procedures by isolating them from well-intentioned figures who care about them - not an artificial hormone sales team. Religious or otherwise morally-guided medical professionals would be punished for noncompliance with the mandate to maim kids and kill preborn babies. And taxpayers would be forced to foot the bill. This rule stands to benefit the abortion industry and gender bullies... and the big losers would be women, children, preborn babies, doctors, and taxpayers.
