Petition to: U.S. House and Senate

Whereas: President Joe Biden has vowed to do everything he can to protect access to abortion; and

Whereas: This includes doubling down on Congress to codify Roe v. Wade, which would be far worse than Roe ever was, resulting in the deaths of millions of innocent preborn lives; and

Whereas: Under the U.S. Constitution all legislation originates in the House where Republicans have a slim majority which is why we must turn up the pressure on Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Therefore: As your constituent, I insist that you vote NO to codify Roe.
