STOP INFANTICIDE PETITION

Whereas: Americans were horrified when legislation passed in New York State allowing abortion up until the moment of birth; and

Whereas: Then the Democrat Governor of Virginia expressed his support for a similar bill and went a step further arguing in favor of infanticide; and

Whereas: Only 26 states have protections for children born alive after botched abortions; and

Whereas: U.S. Representative Ann Wagner (R-MO-2) introduced the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 962), which would protect these innocent babies; and

Whereas: The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act would have had forced doctors to treat babies born alive during an abortion or face criminal penalties;

Therefore: I urge you to sign on as a cosponsor, insist on bringing The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 962) to the floor for a full roll-call vote, and vote YES!
