REJECT THE ERA PETITION

Pro-abortion groups are trying to deceptively pass the Equal Rights Amendment (or as we call it, the Everything Related To Abortion Act) in order to enshrine a right to abortion into the U.S. Constitution.

If South Carolina passed the ERA, taxpayers could be forced to pay for abortions and Roe v. Wade could become permanent law. This means that voters will never be able to vote to restrict abortion.

Will you sign our petition against the Equal Rights Amendment? We want to deliver 5,000 signatures to state senator Tom Davis, a ‘pro-life’ state senator who is co-sponsoring the pro-abortion Equal Rights Amendment.
