The pro-abortion Left can’t contain their excitement.
After a year-long pressure campaign by pro-abortion radicals – including parading a billboard truck blazoned with “Breyer, Retire” just outside the U.S. Supreme Court building – Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer has announced his retirement.
And even though Justice Breyer is expected to serve until the end of the Court’s term in June, President Joe Biden (D) is wasting no time in finding a replacement with the help of former Senator Doug Jones (D-AL) and Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Dick Durbin (D-IL).
President Biden has vowed to only consider a black woman for the Court – even with 76% of Americans (including 54% of Democrats) wanting him to consider “all possible nominees” according to an ABC News – Ipsos poll.
Allow me to take you on a trip down memory lane when then-U.S. Senator Joe Biden filibustered the nomination of President George W. Bush’s nominee Janice Rogers Brown (a black woman) to the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals TWICE.
You and I both know this is just a political power play to appease his radical base.
He doesn’t care if he picks the best person for the job and he doesn’t actually care if his nominee is a black woman – the only thing he cares about is RAMMING through a pro-abortion activist Justice onto the bench by any means necessary to energize his radical base ahead of the 2022 Midterms.
Unfortunately, weak-kneed Republicans are already preparing to wave the white flag of surrender to Biden’s eventual nominee.

I didn’t expect a contentious Supreme Court confirmation fight to fall into my lap this year – not with the 2022 Midterms and the critical Dobbs v. Jackson case set to be decided this June.
But I think you’ll agree this is not a fight we can back down from. Not with the stakes this high and Roe v. Wade on the chopping block.
Just a few years ago, the pro-abortion left pulled out all the stops in a hit campaign against Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett during their confirmation hearings.
They lied and smeared the good name of two highly qualified candidates.
They even CLAWED and POUNDED on the doors of the U.S. Supreme Court after Justice Kavanaugh was confirmed, resulting in 164 arrests!
There’s no low the radical pro-abortion activists won’t stoop to get their way.
