Under what’s known as the “Byrd Rule,” Elizabeth MacDonough – the Parliamentarian of the U.S. Senate chosen by former Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in 2012 – gets to decide which measures “belong” in President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful” Budget Bill.

She very well may rule that DEFUNDING PLANNED PARENTHOOD is (somehow) NOT budget related and STRIKE out the language in the One Big Beautiful Act!
