WHEREAS: In Missouri we have thousands of abortions annually. Each of those abortions ended a unique human life, worthy of love and respect, and entitled to life and to be treated with dignity; and
WHEREAS: The people of Missouri oppose abortion-on-demand and want innocent human life to be protected, especially when it is most defenseless; and
WHEREAS: Missouri should lead the way and pass the strongest state laws outlawing the killing of preborn children, laws that protect vulnerable women from the predatory abortion industry;
WHEREAS: This groundbreaking legislation would charge doctors committing abortions with a felony, earning them jail time, with the goal of abolishing the predatory abortion industry and steering vulnerable women toward life-affirming options for unplanned pregnancies;
THEREFORE: I urge you to help Missouri affirm life by casting every vote for SB 391 Senator Moon’s Life At Conception Act as written, and to do everything necessary to win passage of this legislation.
