Abortion Prevention Act Petition

To: My U.S. Representative

Whereas: Through the Dobbs v. Jackson decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has finally relegated the travesty of Roe v. Wade to the ash heap of history; and

Whereas: As Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson, “the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives;” and

Whereas: Science proves a unique, whole, human being exists from the moment of conception; and

Whereas: Rep. Bob Good (R-VA-5) has introduced the Abortion Prevention Act, which would end abortion-on-demand, provide stiff penalties for abortionists, and save hundreds of thousands of precious preborn babies’ lives every year.

Therefore: As your constituent, I insist you co-sponsor the Abortion Prevention Act, do everything in your power to bring this bill the to the floor for a roll-call vote, and vote to PASS the Abortion Prevention Act.
