Whereas: The U.S. Supreme Court has relegated the travesty of Roe v. Wade to the ash heap of history through the Dobbs v. Jackson decision; and
Whereas: As Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson, “the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives;” and
Whereas: Science proves a unique, whole, human being exists from the moment of conception; and
Whereas: Senators Mike Rounds and Tommy Tuberville have introduced the Life at Conception Act (S.3667), which would end abortion-on-demand nationwide, provide stiff penalties for abortionists, and save hundreds of thousands of precious preborn babies’ lives every year by extending 14th Amendment protections to preborn children;
Therefore: As your constituent, I insist you co-sponsor your version of the Life at Conception Act (S.3667 / H.R.722), do everything in your power to bring this bill to the floor for a roll-call vote, and vote to PASS this legislation!
