And now, Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee, just BLOCKED Congress from DEFUNDING PLANNED PARENTHOOD as part of the “Big, Beautiful” Budget Bill signed by President Trump!
The good news is, Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to file articles of impeachment against lawless judges who attack our fundamental rights.

Whereas: Rogue judges are violating the Constitution and overriding the will of the people by blocking duly enacted legislation, including efforts to defund abortion vendors like Planned Parenthood; and; and
Whereas: Federal Judge Indira Talwani – an Obama appointee – has unlawfully ruled that Planned Parenthood has a “right” to hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars, despite Congress’s clear constitutional authority over federal spending; and; and
Whereas: The Founders intended an impartial judiciary, not a bench of unelected political activists imposing radical agendas on the American people; and
Whereas: Under Article II, Section 4, the U.S. Constitution grants the power to the U.S. House of Representatives to impeach and the U.S. Senate to remove federal judges for acts that undermine the rule of law and abuse the public trust.
Therefore: We the undersigned urge Congress to immediately investigate and, if appropriate, file articles of impeachment against federal judges – including Judge Indira Talwani – who abuse their office to block the people’s elected representatives from enacting pro-life laws and policies.
