Florida - Special Session

Florida must strengthen it’s laws to protect the preborn and curtail abortion tourism. We’re activating students and supporters across the state to pass a Life at Conception Act NOW, so please add your name below to add your petition to the tidal wave hitting the legislature.

To: Governor Ron DeSantis and my legislators

WHEREAS: Each abortions ends a unique human life, worthy of love and respect, and entitled to life and to be treated with dignity; and

WHEREAS: Abortion remains legal in Florida, both before 6-weeks and after, thanks to loopholes in the 2023 Heartbeat Law; and

WHEREAS: Florida should join dozens of other states in passing critical state laws — such as a Protection at Conception Act — outlawing the killing of preborn children; and

WHEREAS: Florida has a Republican super majority, and therefore the ability to pass strong pro-life legislation;

THEREFORE: We encourage you, as our elected officials, to end all abortions by passing a Life at Conception Act and oppose any effort or amendment to weaken it.
