Whereas: For nearly 50 years since Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court has stood in the way of states’ ability to pass laws protecting innocent life; and
Whereas: Roe v. Wade is plainly unconstitutional as nothing in the Constitution mentions abortion or guarantees the “right” to kill a preborn child; and
Whereas: A pro-abortion ally has issued an unprecedented leak of a U.S. Supreme Court draft decision in an attempt to bully a majority of Supreme Court Justices into backing down on reversing Roe; and
Therefore: I urge the Supreme Court NOT to cower in the face of media pressure and Defend the Draft Decision reversing Roe.
