Right now, across the United States, aborted babies – along with chemically tainted blood and placental tissue – are being flushed down toilets and sent straight into our public water systems.
No safeguards. No cleanup. No accountability.
This is the grim reality of Chemical Abortion Pills, now responsible for 70% of all abortions in America.
These pills are not “medicine.” They are a system deliberately designed to hide abortion behind closed doors – beyond regulation, beyond oversight, and beyond the reach of the law.
After Roe fell, the Abortion Lobby didn’t retreat. They adapted – quietly, strategically, and with chilling precision.
They shifted abortion out of facilities and into bathrooms, dorm rooms, and bedrooms – using Chemical Abortion Pills that can be shipped through the mail, taken in secret, and hidden from the public, regulators, law enforcement, and even parents.
And the consequences are horrifying.
Just consider this nightmare from one Texas (a pro-life state) resident:
Investigating what appeared to be a routine plumbing problem, he expected to find a wad of toilet paper or a clump of hair clogging his apartment complex’s plumbing.
But he instead uncovered the body of a dead preborn baby – killed with Chemical Abortion Pills, illegal under Texas law.
With the Abortion Lobby flooding our nation with deadly Chemical Abortion Pills, stories like this are exploding across America.
That’s why Students for Life Action is on offense – mobilizing students and building grassroots pressure from pro-lifers like you nationwide to stop Chemical Abortion Pills before they become the irreversible default.
Will you make an urgent contribution to Students for Life Action today to help expose this hidden evil and abolish Chemical Abortion Pills?
Thanks to a generous couple, every gift you make between now and the March 31st End of Quarter deadline will be DOUBLED dollar-for-dollar!
The truth is, Chemical Abortion Pills are being pushed with minimal oversight, often through the mail, and deliberately designed to evade state laws and public accountability.
Just consider how Chemical Abortion Pills:
*** Are THE favorite tool of sexual abusers who want to cover up their crimes.
For example, a Wisconsin man recently crushed up one of these pills and put it in his girlfriend’s water bottle, killing their child. She was 20-weeks pregnant at the time;
*** Poison our water supply as aborted babies are just flushed down the toilet.
Wastewater treatment plants don’t treat for human remains or traces of these drugs, which you likely ingest every time you take a sip of tap water; and
*** Killed at least 38 women (that we know of).
The real number is likely much higher, and getting worse after the Biden Administration removed what little safety regulations there were – including the requirement that women see a doctor in-person. As a result, there are no screenings for ectopic pregnancies, which can be fatal if not diagnosed.
This is abortion deliberately designed to operate in the shadows.
And that’s exactly why the Abortion Lobby is all-in.
They’re pushing shield laws to protect abortionists in blue states, they’re openly experimenting with ways to get around pro-life laws, and they’re even partnering with extremist groups willing to ship Chemical Abortion Pills into states where abortion is illegal.
Nothing about this is accidental.
The good news is, Students for Life Action launched our most aggressive campaign ever in January – a 46-State Pro-Life Lobby Day Blitz, and we’re currently involved in both state and federal legislation to ban these deadly pills, including:
• Clean Water for All Life Act, requiring Red Bag Medical Waste cleanup of the chemically tainted blood, placenta tissue, and human remains from Chemical Abortions currently flushed directly into America’s wastewater;
• Anti-Chemical Abortion Pill Trafficking Act, which criminalizes the trafficking, distribution, and illegal provision of Chemical Abortion Pills across states lines, protecting states’ pro-life laws from being circumvented through the mail; and
• Ending Chemical Abortions Act, which bans the use and distribution of Chemical Abortion Pills that now account for more than TWO-THIRDS of abortions in America.
We’re also working with state attorneys general and allied officials to enforce existing laws, challenge federal overreach, and shut down illegal pill distribution networks that prey on women and destroy children – and we’re winning.
Students for Life Action PASSED our flagship legislation in Texas to END Chemical Abortion (sadly after the plumbing story I mentioned earlier) – a direct strike against the Abortion Lobby’s most powerful weapon.
But make no mistake: our enemies are watching us closely.
Pro-abortion politicians, Planned Parenthood, and the national media are scrutinizing our End of Quarter fundraising report, looking for any sign of weakness.
If Students for Life Action posts a low first-quarter report, it will be like sharks smelling blood in the water – emboldening the Abortion Lobby to double down on pro-abortion ballot initiatives, legislation, lawsuits, and midterm election interference nationwide.
This is why this moment matters. This is good versus evil.
So please consider making your most generous contribution of $25, $50, $100, or even $250 before the March 31st End of Quarter deadline.
Once Chemical Abortion Pills become the default, abortion disappears behind closed doors – beyond regulation, beyond oversight, and beyond the reach of the law.
And once that happens, reversing it becomes exponentially harder.
What we report at the end of this quarter will either slow the Abortion Lobby down, or signal that they can advance without resistance.
Please stand with us to expose the TRUTH, defend the law, and help abolish Chemical Abortion Pills in America.
Whereas: The Biden Administration’s reckless deregulation of Chemical Abortion Pills has flooded America with these deadly drugs – including in states with pro-life laws – creating a national public health and environmental crisis; and
Whereas: The blood, placental tissue, and human remains produced by at-home Chemical Abortions are routinely flushed into America’s waterways, with no biohazard disposal requirements and no oversight; and
Whereas: Wastewater treatment plants are not equipped to filter for abortion drugs or human remains, and the FDA has never released a study on the environmental impact of Chemical Abortion Pill disposal; and
Whereas: Every other medical provider is required to dispose of biohazardous waste in red medical waste bags – the abortion industry must be held to the same standard;
Therefore: I call on Congress to immediately pass Rep. Mary Miller’s Clean Water for All Life Act, which would require Chemical Abortion Pill manufacturers to use proper biohazard disposal protocols and face steep fines for polluting America’s waterways with chemically tainted human remains.
