Whereas: Since there are no federal laws protecting them, medical professionals are not required to provide care to babies who are born alive after botched abortions; and

Whereas: A majority of Americans believe these babies should receive medical care; and

Whereas: U.S. Ann Wagner (R-MO) introduced the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R.26), which would protect these innocent babies; and

Whereas: The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act will force doctors to treat babies born alive during an abortion or face criminal penalties;

Therefore: I urge you to vote YES on H.R. 26, on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Act and to protect victims of botched abortions from radical pro-abortion politicians and doctors.
